High Side F.A.Q.

Quality, convenience, and cost. In the past, purchasing golf equipment required you to sacrifice at least one of these three things. Pro shops are convenient, but they usually aren’t cost effective. Retail stores are cost effective, but they usually aren’t convenient. At High Side Golf, we don’t think you should have to sacrifice anything. So we provide the highest quality equipment on the market at the same (or better) prices as large retail stores. All with the added convenience of having your equipment delivered to you just like the pros… at your doorstep and on your schedule.
Golf essentials. The Box Builder allows you to build your perfect subscription box with any combination of gloves, balls, and/or tees that you need. Also, our friends at ProSwingTips provide a new lesson with every box, so you can start to take your game to the next level!
To become a High Sider, simply click “Box Builder” at the top of the page. From there, click the items that you would like to include in your box, and watch as they appear in your custom box displayed in the center of the screen. When you’re ready to checkout, click “order” and set your delivery schedule. Cancel anytime, no questions asked.
Your first box will be shipped within 24 hours of your purchase. All subsequent deliveries will be shipped on the day of the month of your original purchase. (i.e. If you subscribe on January 16, your first box will arrive on January 19, and your second box will be shipped February 16, arriving on February 19.)
Yes! If you have an active subscription, you can click the “suspend” button on your account page to suspend future deliveries and payments. When you are ready for another box, just log back in and click the “reactivate” button. That means you can suspend your subscription for a cold winter and pick up right where you left off when it warms up again!
We will issue a refund for any item that has not been sent yet or if the item(s) you receive are tarnished or malfunctioning. Refunds for tarnished items will only be made within 3 days of delivery. Please reach out to us through the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page to request a refund.
The best way to change your subscription is simply to cancel your existing subscription (from the “My Account” page) and sign up for a new subscription with your updated preferences.

1. Login to “My Account”
2. Click the “Cancel” button under the “My Subscriptions” tab.
3. Navigate to the “Subscriptions” page.
4. Build your subscription box based on your new preferences.
5. Check out.

Canceling your subscription couldn’t be easier(we should really make it harder). Simply login to your account and click on the “Cancel Subscription” button.
Automatic recurring payments will be made on the date of your original order, with deliveries being made on your preferred delivery date.
Yes! Shipping is free for everything on the site, except for the “Golf Ball Only Plans.”
If you are playing a round of golf per week or more, we suggest that you replace your glove on a monthly basis. If you are playing less than once per week, but you still are playing some, we recommend replacing your glove every two months. Worn gloves can cause slippage, discomfort, blisters, and funny looks from your playing partners. We would suggest not succumbing to any of those things.
If you want more: We recommend complimenting your “Master Plan” with a “Smaller Plan.” Mixing and matching is a great way to create your perfect golfing experience and gives you the freedom to manage each plan separately to fit your needs in any given month.

If you want less: We recommend purchasing your items exclusively from the one time shop.

The answer to this question is dependent upon how often you play, your skill level, and your budget. There is no “one size fits all” formula, but our suggestion is to include 1 sleeve of balls for each round of golf that you play per month. If you aren’t sure how many balls you need, you can always start small and increase your subscription later on. If you need more help deciding, feel free to message us! We love hearing from you!
